The Space Wolves are one of the largest, oldest, and most powerful of the Space Marine chapters. These huge, hulking warriors hail from the planet Fenris, a harsh, icy, bleak world where only the hardiest survive. Each of the Space Wolves sports long, sharp fangs like wolves, and are abnormally strong and aggressive, even for Space Marines. Excelling in close-quarters, these vicious warriors lay into the enemy with great haste, hacking and slashing their opponents limb from limb in a trail of gore and severed limbs. The Space Wolves are unique among the chapters, as they almost completely disregard recording knowledge, preferring to pass down the legends and wisdom of the chapter in great fables and sagas from man to man. When the Space Wolves march to war, the enemies of the Emperor quake in terror.
