Doctors from many spectrums advise that for any adult to function properly at least 8 hours of sleep is necessary. The typical person while sleeping undergoes several cyles of necessary sleep. During each cycle the human body undergoes refreshing, healing and necessary brain cognition stabilizes. For most of us 8 hours of sleep is very difficult to achieve. One simple reason is we just have too many things to do and can never get in bed on time. The other reason is discomfort in our bodies due to our bed and pillows.
