Are you looking to burn calories lose weight or tone up a little?  If you are looking at any of these then perhaps you should really consider getting into a routine of doing a really good exercise bike workout.  The thing you have to realise with exercise bikes and working out is that there are many different levels to working out and you can use the exercise bike slowly for 3 hours and therefore think you have done really well, but the truth is that it would probably have been much better for you to do a 20 minute intense workout instead.
