If you suffer from the effects of fibromyalgia pain, you can do yourself a world of good by exercising at least every other day. You can also try doing your exercise routine in bits and pieces. For instance, walk 2 minutes now, wait a couple of hours, and walk another two minutes. Exercise doesn’t have to all be done at one time in order to be effective, and however you handle it, you’re going to be doing your body a big favor.
