There are many people who are unaware of the exact definition of the term sexual harassment. It was only when I read an article about it that I came to know what all situations comprise sexual harassment. Not only working professionals but everyone should have knowledge age discrimination about it. This sort of harassment occurs in offices, colleges and in schools as well. We must also educate our children about what is a good touch and what is not.
Sexual harassment is basically any undesirable sexual move ahead or conduct on the job that creates a frightening, unfriendly, or disgusting working environment. It also can be any conduct which is sexual in nature and which makes an employee or person uncomfortable.
