I am noticing that tattoos and piercings are really on the rise today. This is especially true for the younger crowd. Normally this would have been isolated with those that drove motorcycles but now just about everyone is getting a tattoo or piercing. It really amazes me how this is becoming more and more culturally acceptable. While I applaud the change I do not think that all of these people are thinking long term. After all what will these marks look like in about 20 to 30 years when the skin starts to sag? Not pretty at all if you ask me.

In my old age, I have been trying to reconnect with people from my past. I have learned how to use my computer and Internet fairly well over the last few years. In my searches for the locations of old friends, I have found a really great Phone Prefix Finder. It helps me to quickly find the phone numbers for people that I know based on the area in which they currently live. Most of my friends do not use the Internet, so I will need to contact them by telephone. It has been a really nice time learning where all of my friends have ended up.

One of the hardest parts about quitting is the understanding of what happens when you quit smoking. Your body craves nicotine. After all it’s a drug. You get shakes, head aches, irritability and other symptoms. But you also have the behavior thing going on with you as well. You have to have a cigarette first thing in the morning and after meals. If you are driving you might fire one up as well. Not only are you craving the nicotine you have to break smoking habits in order to quit without relapsing.
