When Is Communication Deemed Harassment?

Communication, in my opinion, can be construed as harassment if the person sending the
message sends messages that seem to have malicious content, and are potentially damaging to
the self-esteem and reputation of the other person. If the recipient has warned the sender
that his messages are unwanted, but the sender keeps sending, that can also be deemed
harassment or organizational behavior issues. A person who feels hounded by the sender can sue for emotional damages caused
by the content or manner of communication of the sender. It is advisable for anyone being
harassed to collect evidence about it.
