A real nice look

I really love the look of my garden and when I came to change the fencing a few months ago I decided to do something radical, and that was to install some faux bamboo fencing. It was quite an expensive job to finish but now that it has been finished I am really pleased with it and I would not have any other type of fencing in my garden. It really does make the whole place was absolutely wonderful and I am really in love with it.

RV Awning Mats: A Good Deal At The Beach.

If you’ve ever gone to the beach and taken along the standard, trusty beach towel to throw on the sand, you understand what a mess those things usually end up being.

Sand and water typically don’t mix well with cotton or other types of fabric so you end up beating the tar out of them getting all the sand loose.

Well now there’s an easier way: RV awning mats.

These are great to take to the beach, throw down, and forget.  rv awning fabric is very useful for this purpose because it is so durable.

Since they’re made out of woven vinyl, the sand filters on through and water is never a problem.

They’re a good deal I say.

Your Cabin can look even better.

So, you have a Cabin that you go to on Vacation. It’s a bit old, but you love going there, to get away from the normal home/work/home lifestyle. It’s far enough, to get away, but still close enough to get to when you need too.  Lots of people are not that fortunate, you know, to be in that position. So, what to do, if you are not?.  Lots of places can be easily turned into a Cabin, a sort of a Home away from Home. You may need to do a little  cabin interior decorating, to get it to look like a cabin, though. This, or even a little  rustic interior decorating,  or just some plain old renovating can make all the difference. You just need to get started, that’s all. This place, is not your Regular Home, and probably won’t have all of the modern appliances that your regular Home has. But, then does it really need to?. After all, it is supposed to be a Retreat, is it not?.  The trick, here is to make it comfortable to live in, but without all the trappings that you are used to, at Home. Your Decorathome is not relevent here. Does the ‘phone work?. Has it even got one?. Silly question, I know, as you still need to be contactable, even though that’s the real reason for a Cabin on the 1st place. - To get away from the World.

Just don’t bring it all with you.

Buy Rockwood architectural hardware for that perfect finishing

I have always been fussy over small things and wanted nothing but the best for my dream home. My architect and family were going mad over my obsession over perfection. Most of the door hardware available in the market was good but somehow they lacked that unique and distinctive styling and finish. Finally I liked the products of Rockwood Architectural Hardware. Their way of machining and finishing has that look that immediately appealed to me. The door trims and accessories were available in a wide range and well within my budget. Finally I got exactly what I wanted.

environmental building design

When it comes to environmental building design, one of the more obvious things to consider is size. Large houses require more energy to heat and cool so it follows that smaller houses are by their very nature more environmentally friendly. Also, the larger the building the more materials and energy that will be required for its construction. As a rule, an environmentally friendly building design will be of a size to sufficiently house its occupants and accommodate their activities. What is required is that space be used efficiently, things organized well and possessions kept at a manageable level.

Researching Long Distance Moving

I hate moving. Doesn’t everyone? So I’ve been dragging my feet about researching
long distance moving. I have to relocate for a new job, though, so it has to be done. What a hassle. It’s the last thing I want to think about right now.

So now I’m digging around on the Internet looking for Moving Boxes, trying not to think about the terrible job of packing that’s ahead of me.
I just want it to be done with. It feels like buying all my own stuff all over again, in a way - sometimes I think I should just sell it all and start over.
Maybe your comments will help settle it.

Thinking About Geo Thermo Energy

I’ve been interested in
Geo Thermo Energy for some time now, but it seems like the technology is finally taking off in the U.S. That’s great news.
All my research on Geothermal Pros And Cons points to the same conclusion: this technology should continue to grow here in the U.S. for the foreseeable future. It’s a great investment.
I’m excited about geothermal’s bright future, and would like to invest in it.
Ok - that’s it for today.

Worm Farms

I was looking into composting and worm farms the other day and came across something I'd never heard of before. I had to stop and take a second look. I could not figure out what would possess someone to think it was a good idea, let alone to try it. Thankfully I was right about me being completely wrong.

Compost tea is for plants. I know I am blaming it on lack of sleep. But enough of that, back to what it is.

The tea is made from the actual castings of the worms. Once the tea is brewed it is sprayed onto the plants and absorbed through the roots. It provides all the nutrients of compost with the benefit of being in a liquid.

This brew can be used on all kinds of plants. Be sure to follow any instructions that come with the bags concerning when and where to spray.
