One time a friend of mine asked me to help her with her wet basement. She was hoping to sell her house and needed to spruce it up a bit.

When I arrived the first thing I noticed was the strong odor of mildew and mold. When I checked out the basement I was shocked to discover that the house literally had a stream of water running into it.
