Six months ago, my dad decided to take his Concept 2 Rowing Machine to the dump. I convinced him to let me bring it to my house instead. Now I use the rower on an everyday basis and I love it. I’ve lost over 25 pounds and my clothes have never fit better. Now if I could just get my teenage daughter to use it on a regular basis, I would be very happy. She worries about her weight all of the time, but doesn’t do much exercise and she also doesn’t eat right. She and her friends stop by fast food restaurants every day on the way home from school. I’m actually surprised she’s not heavier than she is.

Are you looking to burn calories lose weight or tone up a little? If you are looking at any of these then perhaps you should really consider getting into a routine of doing a really good exercise bike workout. The thing you have to realise with exercise bikes and working out is that there are many different levels to working out and you can use the exercise bike slowly for 3 hours and therefore think you have done really well, but the truth is that it would probably have been much better for you to do a 20 minute intense workout instead.

I’ve got a bee in my bonnet lately about Weight Loss Hypnosis.
I’ve tried every way you can think of to lose weight, and nothing has worked.
