Looking Into Student Loans No Cosigner

The time has come to get more info on Student Loans No Cosigner.
I really can’t face the idea of asking my family to co-sign. I’d rather handle it all myself.
Reading up on Loans For Undergrads With Not So Good Credit has been an eye-opener. Discouraging, even.
I can’t even fathom paying back that much debt, but it’s best not to worry about it too much.
I’ll post more soon.

The Swiss Frank - Rare Coins

When I was a teenager, I had the chance to spend a few weeks in Europe. It was a time I enjoyed completely and one that I will always remember. While in Europe, visiting the many countries I traveled to, I had the chance to put aside a small amount of money as collectibles. They were not considered rare coin numismatics at the time and in truth, I really was not saving these coins with an eye on the future as much as I wanted something outside of photographs to remind me of my journey. However, now that many of those countries have abandoned their former currency for a centralized currency, the Euro, maybe I am holding some future rare items. Who knows?

Should I Refinance?

How do I know when it is the right time to refinance? I know the mortgage rates have dropped at least a little bit, and I would really love to get a lower interest rate and same a bit of money on my monthly payments and on the loan overall. Is there some sort of calculator available from the mortgage services companies that would help me figure out if they have dropped enough so that it would save me money even after paying the closing costs for the new loan? That would be very helpful, so I would love it if someone could tell me where to find one of these.

Thinking About Medical Student Loans

I’ve been looking into
Medical Student Loans, and man is it scary. I can’t even conceive of putting together that much money.
Researching
Medical Residency Loans has caused me to lose more than one night of sleep. It looks like I’ll be in debt for most of my life.
It’s hard to conceive of how I’ll ever pay down that much debt, even on a doctor’s earnings.

Researching Online Bank Accounts

I’ve been looking into online banks lately. I’ve had enough of big local banks. Lousy rates and high fees - why stick with them? It’s time for a change, so I’m going to try something new. I’m particularly fed up with earning .5% interest for the privilege of lending my money to the bank. Enough is enough. Especially in light of the sorts of rates the same banks charge you when they lend you money. Specifically, online savings accounts deals is a great deal. They pay good rates, and don’t charge all of those hidden fees that the big boys are always hitting you with. Frankly, I couldn’t care less about meeting a banker in person. I’d much rather do my banking online with a click or two than wait in line at the branch. You might want to look into the benefits of online banking yourself. What do you think?

About SEP IRA Plans

So it appears that my company focuses on SEP IRA Plans as its primary retirement benefit setup. That means I have to get educated about how they work if I’m going to plan properly for my retirement.
I’ve been poking around the net checking out info on Sep Ira Retirement Plans, but it’s complicated. It’s just not he sort of thing I like to spend my time thinking about. But of course it has to be done.
It will be good to get some tax savings out of the deal at least. There are few enough ways to get ahead of the ever-growing tax monster these days.
I’ll be looking forward to your comments.
