Because I won the national award for the Science Fair Project Display when I was a 7th grader with a volcano kit that I made, the school asked me to come back and be a judge this year. There were a lot of wonderful examples of thoughtful topics and I could tell most everyone took a lot of time on their projects. The boards were colorful and very neat,which is always a plus. I did feel that some kids just copied the information they read in books, but these days a lot of children used websites as sources instead of encyclopedias or books.
