How did I bring value to the company? Besides the usual organizational skills, my cover letter stated how much energy I have to give the position and the company. You’d be surprised how often a company needs new energy with new ideas to continue its progress. Besides the energy, I had no other commitments so I was available to start right away and work long hours, if need be. Entry level cover letter don’t have to be bland. I found it very useful to work out of a manual I had on resumes and cover letters and customize it. I always painted a picture of how I would bring value to the organization. Whether it was because I’m bilingual, computer literate, available, social skills, etc.

But now we are going into our convention and show season and we will have 3 groups out all the time for the next 90 days so I need to round up good equipment now. I have three recycling bins that I haul out the to curb every Thursday. I really think there has to be an easier way to do this without breaking my back.
