There are many subdivided lots in decent subdivisions for sale and quite a few Homes.

I have a home business myself. Right now, I think that what you look for is the exact home business that is fit for you. I remember how frustrating it was till I found the right home business for me! I guess that you have looked at a ton of stuff and is wondering if there is any real home business out there which is a good fit for you. I want to get started early on investing, making money, and building a diversified portfolio. Just recently turned on to the concept of tax deed real estate. Anybody have any experience with this type of things? It seems that many things could go wrong. Is it worth doing more research into it? Is it a profitable one? Thanks.

There was a problem with title to newly acquired real estate property and federal government is going to auction it off. I have title insurance for the amount of the price I paid for property. My title insurance company is going to bid on the property and try to retain it for us. If they bid and don’t get the property back for us, can I sue them for the assessed value of property? Thanks for any advice.
