Training
I gained a lot of new knowledge about Lean by attending one of P2’s workshops. They focused on hands on training, so we could really put the practices we learned into motion before we took them back to our own companies. Seeing these best practices put to use on the plant floor really showed their value and showed me how we would be able to easily apply them in my plant with our unique issues. The interaction among participants and leaders was also key in learning the importance of Lean and just how much of a difference it can make in our company.
