The only thing my employer enjoys more than technology is efficiency. As our small business expanded, he truly enjoyed buying upgraded computers, phone systems, and office equipment. Oddly enough, he didn’t think he needed the help of technology with quality issues, at least not until we began to get customer complaints. Some were about the employees and some about the products. The boss very quickly found and installed Contract Management Software which soon showed him where his problems were. Not only is he more efficient, productive, and on top of his quality issues, but he found he enjoys the new technology. Big surprise.
