I have been in business for around three years now. As with many entrepaneurs it started out as a hobby, then progressed to a suplemental income. But now things have really moved and I decided to take the plunge and find some commercial rental space. I say decided, basically there was no real decision to make. The business was expanding and either I had to grow with it or stop. Finding commercial agents that would lease me office space was not too difficult, but finding some at a price I wanted to pay wasn't so easy. In the end I found a great location that is central to almost all of my needs and it didn't break the bank. All's well that ends well.
