Forced Medical Bankruptcy - Which Way To File?
My brother in law i considering using do it yourself bankruptcy after some advice from a couple of online providers to help his father file bankruptcy.
A series of illnesses and no medical insurance forced the poor old man to a situation where he really doesn't know how to pay for his monthly bills, let alone the hospital bills.
Sadly, all the local lawyers want close to a thousand dollars for bankruptcy services and he can not afford that.
So, Tom is looking at the ways on line to file and some seem to be quite legitimate while others have some hefty negative feedback.
Not sure what to do yet.
