I am considering buying a house to rent out yet I have some questions before I move forward. First and foremost, I want to now if an Investment Property Loan comes with a different interest rate than standard housing loans. Also, will it be necessary to put down a larger down payment to get this type of loan. I’m really concerned that things such as this could make my investment non-profitable so I want to proceed cautiously. Everyone keeps telling me now is the time to get into the market, but I’m just not sure. I may be wary, but it has served me well in the past.

I have a really small bathroom, which is one of the negatives of living in a very small apartment. I spent a long time thinking about the best way to refurbish my bathroom in order to make the most of the space, and in the end I decided that a Corner Bathtub would be the best thing. I found one that fitted neatly into the space I had, and now my bathroom feels much more spacious, in fact even to the point of feeling big enough to fit two baths! I think this style is a great invention and would heartily recommend it.

My husband just called from work. He does not use the Internet very often and needs me to find something for a friend of his. They have a few questions about Structured Settlement Annuities and my husband said if anyone could find the answers it would be me. I appreciate his confidence, yet I don’t have the time to be looking up stuff for someone else. I work full time and I do scouts with all three of my kids. My daughter works as an office assistant for a group of credit repair attorneys, and she loves her job. She loves being able to help people in a very real way, especially when they have no one else to turn to. Like the client the attorneys in her office helped to get back to her good credit report after her identity had been stolen, but the police didn’t believe her. My daughter loves telling that story, and I think it’s situations like that one that keep her going back to her job day after day. I know that’s why I go back to my job a day after day – to help people!
